WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

Edge Optics Warranty and Return Policy

At Edge Optics, we stand by the quality of our products and services. Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace defective lenses at our discretion.
Warranty Details:
  • Coverage: Applies to lenses purchased from Edge Optics with proof of purchase.
  • Exclusions: Does not cover lenses that are lost, altered, broken, or damaged by misuse, failure to follow instructions, or normal wear (including scratches). Scratching is not covered unless the lens coating was purchased.
  • Conditions: Any damage or defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use are not covered.
  • Implied Warranties: All implied warranties are also limited to one year from the date of purchase.

Out-of-Warranty Services:

  • If your product is no longer under warranty or falls outside warranty coverage, we offer inspection and repair or replacement services at a discounted fee. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Contact Lenses:
  • Must be in the original, unopened box, free from damage, and not expired.
  • Prescription contact lenses can be credited at 50% of the initial purchase price.
Eye Care Services:
  • Once performed, eye care services cannot be refunded.
